Daily: check oil level, air pressure and remove chips.
Weekly: clean guideways and swing heads.
Monthly: maintain cutting fluid and tool‑holder taper holes.
Periodically: replace grease and recheck machine accuracy. Special attention shall be paid to protection of A/C swing heads.
